Your staff were hands on with dealing with the issue at hand, and also calling out the ambulance. We sincerely appreciate your services during that time as she took ill so unexpectedly. My aunt was hospitalized for 2 days with severe dehydration. She has since been discharged and is recovering at home. You and your staff went out of your way to assist by getting my aunts car home. Thank you for your calls of concern. Your facility’s name “ Heart of Passion” definitely rings true for the compassionate care & service that you render. Hi Jennifer, Kogie, sister Tanya and staff. I want to thank each one of you for loving and caring for Rui, up until the end. Being good to Dayle is just so precious. Thank you. I am so glad they accepted HOP when I told them about your amazing care and love for patients. (I did mention the yummy food). I will always think of you with so much love. Good day to the management and personnel at H. O. P. My family expresses our sincere gratitude to all of you for the excellent care and support shown to my mum, Mrs C. Naidoo during her stay at H. O. P. Everytime we visited, we were treated with kindness and politeness. The facility has to be commended for the high standards of cleanliness, neatness, compassion and willing staff, the homely set up of the place and above all, making it a warm and loving home for the patients. My mum had only good things to say about the place. The professional care is expressed with patience and loving care which is what people need. Theres been a marked improvement in my mums mobility and confidence. I wish to thank each and everyone of you for all that you do. I most definitely will recommend H. O. P. to family and friends.
